1. For the individual taxpayer who does not run a business or professional services (eg employees), which required only a document Copy of ID or a valid passport plus a statement of residence / domicile of the concerned especially for foreigners. For the individual taxpayer that has business activities in addition to the requirements identification card is also coupled with a letter stating the place of business or business activity independent of the taxpayer. 2. For Taxpayer Agency, documents required include:
- Copy of the Deed of Establishment and alteration or letter of appointment from the central office to form
- Fotokopi valid identity card or passport plus a statement of residence / domicile of
concerned for foreigners, from one of the administrators actively Board identification card. - Statement of place of business of one of the current board. Form of affidavit
have been determined by the Directorate General of Taxation.
3. Treasurer for Taxpayers are required include:
- Photocopy of the appointment as treasurer;
- Treasurer identification card.
Taxpayer awarded Certificate of Registered (SKT) and NPWP card no later than 1 (one) working days after receipt of a complete petition. Keep in mind people that for NPWP arrangements mentioned above are FREE, does not cost anything.
